The reform of the human resources management function has been supported through projects which were funded by IPA (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance) funds, bilateral programs and other types of donations.

Implemented projects:

  1. After the analysis of the state of affairs within the Ministry of Interior, which had been funded by the OSCE in 2010, it was found that there was a need for reform of the human resources function in the Ministry;
     
  2. "Introducing the modern concept of human resources management" – bilateral co-operation with the Kingdom of Sweden and DCAF (Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces), January 2012 - June 2014;
  3. "Management Information Improvement, Phase 3" - bilateral co-operation with the Kingdom of Norway, IMG, 2012-2015;
  4. Modern concept of human resources management in the Ministry of Interior", ЕU – twinning component,  IPA 2012, 2014-2016;

  5. Supporting the strategic development of IT system in the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia" - bilateral co-operation with the Kingdom of Sweden, IMG, 2014-2016; The integral part of this project is the HRM component, through which the purchase and implementation of software for human resources management is made.

 

Projects in progress:

  1. “Developing Gender Agenda in the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia 2016-2018“ - bilateral co-operation with the Kingdom of Sweden, 2016-2018
  2. “ Support capacity development of strategic management and European Integration in the Ministry of Interior”
    An integral part of this project includes the development of a strategy for human resources development.
